Privacy and Payment Policies

Privacy Policy: We collect your personal information to assist in providing the information you have requested. We may from time to time contact you with additional information which may be of interest to you.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to check in date and time. Cancellations received less than 24 hours before scheduled arrival will result in the full amount of the first night being charged.

Payment Policy: Credit card details are required upon check-in to secure room booking or a $200 cash bond will be collected and refunded once room has been inspected.

Non-Smoking Policy: Anyone found to have smoked in rooms or on the property will be charged $800.00 for all curtains, bedding etc to be laundered plus a daily room rate for the time the room is out of action.
